Aidan Demarest is getting the band back together. The opening GM at Seven Grand is reuniting his original bartending crew for one night only—September 13—for a Red Rover guest bartending event that he and Tello/Demarest Liquid Assets consulting partner Marcos Tello have dubbed “Throwback.”

Demarest, Tello, Damian Windsor (The Roger Room), Dave Whitton (Villains Tavern), John Coltharp (Caña) and Leo Rivas (Seven Grand) will all be behind the Seven Grand bar beginning at 5 P.M.—213 founder Cedd Moses will also be in the house. There will be live music, cocktails sponsored by Maker’s Mark, and, bonus, no cover. Demarest says Seven Grand’s original drink list will be in effect.
